LG Glance Caught Grazing Red Pastures
| by verizon voyager on April 27th, 2009 |
Almost everyone I know wants or has a high-end smartphone. But I don’t know that many people and especially in these economic times, the world needs affordable low-end phones for the folks who really only need to make and receive calls and texts with the rest being extra fluff they won’t use and don’t want to pay for. Verizon Wireless understands there are a LOT of those types out there and have yet another phone catered to this segment that looks pretty good for its intended purpose/customer.
Introducing the LG Glance (VX7100) with:
- 2-inch QVGA screen
- 1.3MP camera
- Bluetooth
- VCast
- VZNavigator
- Super thin at 4.31×1.87x.38 inches and 2.92 oz.
If you’re planning on surfing the web you’re going to face abysmal performance but again, if all you are is a phone call maker and receiver who has finally crossed their way into texting territory, the LG Glance could be just dandy for your minimalistic tech needs.
