As far as paying Verizon $35.00 when you are supplying the VoIP pipeline, our cable company wants to charge more for less service and features. I had Verizon VoiceWing previously and am glad to see that I can still get Digital Voice with a company I can trust.

I want one that connects to the internet (this one does not???. I would pay twice as much for a generic version of this phone so I could use the new Google voice mail. Why would I want to pay Verizon 35.00 a month when I’m supplying the VOIP pipe via a Broadband connection I’m already paying for?
