Verizon Wireless recently published a Press Release announcing the launch of their full-featured E-Commerce Site for Spanish speaking consumers at http://verizon.com/espanol. Definitely a smart move and I’m sure it will be helpful for a lot of consumers whose primary language is Spanish. So check it out, hombre!

Looks like the Voyager “Refresh” was only the addition of firmware… like the Visual Voicemail. While we’re hoping for a completely new Voyager 2 of some sorts, we’ll have to settle for a little color coordination for the time being.

According to an article on Engadget, Verizon will begin deploying their 100G Network across the United States as soon as 2009… wow.
Apparently, Verizon has already tested the transmission capabilities which were considered a success: they achieved the 100 Gigabytes per second communication from Tampa to Miami Florida without disruption of competing signals.

Word on the street (via engadget) is that Verizon will be offering unlimited calling, data and messaging packages in the very, very near future (as early as 2/19/08).
Engadget is reporting the packages might look like this:
$100 - Nationwide Unlimited (voice)
