There were some pretty furious Verizon Wireless customers last week – the company started taking pre-orders for the BlackBerry Tour but you could ONLY pre-order the phone if you were a new customer. What way is that to treat your loyal customers? The complaints that followed must have been heard loud and clear because Verizon has changed their mind and the company is now accepting BlackBerry Tour pre-orders from everyone:
