Number 5? 6? 7?

I've lost track, but this is the 4th I think that has lost sound during calls (both ways), and alert sounds. Yet still rings. (?)

So... they're sending me yet another. I guess as long as they keep sending me new (refurb) phones I don't mind them breaking this often. (I've had this one 8 months, the longest one yet)
