Is it true that the new google phone has a barcode scanner? What would you use this for? ahha but i do admit it must me cool.

Indeed it does and it's going to be awesome. You will be able to scan the barcode of an item in a store and get information on it, plus compare prices at other retailers near your GPS location.

Would you be able to use it for tracking your DVDs on certain programs?? Cause that would be kool!!

think i read that can get same on android G1 and win smartphones
some even compare prices in your local area
